We have been doing a TON of baking over here lately. With Christmas baskets to fill, cookie exchanges to attend, and teacher gifts to give, I've been in the kitchen a lot. And the baking is not over yet... no siree. Today is our annual family baking day over at my parents house. It's always so...much fun to get together with my siblings and mom for a day of baking madness!
CAN'T WAIT!!!!
Can you say...bring on the butter and sugar!!!!!!!!!!!!
My mom sent me THIS link last week and from it I've chosen several recipes to try this year.
I've already made several batches of these bad boys!
These Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies are definitely one of my new favorites this year!
They are super easy and DELICIOUS!!!
And last week, the boys had fun making THESE cute little guys!
Aren't they ADORABLE!?!?
oh..and yummy too!
Have you been doing any Christmas baking?
I'd love to hear some of your favorite recipes!

The snowmen are adorable. I had some sugar cookies in the freezer waiting to be decorated and this was fast and fun. I think I'm going to use them in my classroom this month with my 3's. I think they will love them!
Thank you so much for the great recipes. :-)
