Red, White, and Blue

I hope you all had a wonderful day celebrating our great country's birthday! I know we sure did! I just LOVE the July 4th holiday-- the hot weather, cookouts, family, and fireworks!!!
It's all so much fun!
I am so grateful to all the men and women who serve and fight for the freedom that I enjoy!! Shane spent six years in the marines and I am so... proud of him for the time he spent serving our country!

Saturday was a beautiful day and we spent the afternoon at my parents house.

We enjoyed an All-American dinner of hamburgers and hot dogs!

Eat up guys!!!!

My nephew Jake enjoyed his dinner too!
Look at those eyes! Isn't he a cutie?!?!?

I made one of our favorite desserts, fruit pizza!

Me and my sister B!
(My boys spent the night at B's house Friday night
where they enjoyed all sorts of wonderful July 4th fun!)

We relaxed by the pool and played games outside!

The boys had fun with Sparklers!

My mom, Grandma, and Sophie all dressed in their red, white, and blue!

...and here is my little Sophie looking oh so patriotic for church yesterday!
Ignore the drool...we are teething=)!!!

I feel so blessed to live in America!!

I agree with Terri, that fruit pizza is picture perfect! And you all look gorgeous & magazine-ready, too! I think your workout-TV is already working (IF you really needed it in the first place!) You look GREAT! We have had nonstop birthday parties here (read: lots of pizza & cake), so I have actually considered seeing if we get that channel...and I NEVER work out, not in about 7 years at least! Guess now is the time to start!

You are too darn craft! How do you find the time with 4 kiddos to keep you so busy? The onesies from the other post were TOO cute and that fruit pizza is absolutely perfect!

Keep up the good work!

I hope you will consider posting your recipe for Fruit Pizza - it looks amazing! Do you use store-bought sugar cookie dough for the base?
