Today, my wonderful mom and sister came over to keep the babies so
I could spend a little time with JUST Riley!
I truly cherish those one on one moments that I get with my kids. Unfortunately, with the busyness of life, those moments are few and far between. When I do get an opportunity to have some alone time with my kids, I savor every moment! When I asked Ri what he wanted to do this afternoon, the first thing he said was, "Go to the library!". His answer came as no surprise to me. Riley LOVES to go to the library. He LOVES books. Normally, each week when we go though, we are in a hurry to get in and out before one or both babies decided to melt down. Unfortunately, the babies aren't always quiet and patient waiting, while Riley browses up and down each isle picking out his books.

Today, Riley took his sweet time as he picked out his favorite books. After the library, we headed to Wendy's (his pick) for a yummy lunch. We ate our lunch and then headed over to Learning Express ( Riley's favorite toy store) to pick out a birthday present for his buddy Rhett.
Our little date came to an end as we had to head back home to get Corban off the bus.
It was such a sweet and simple afternoon, but one I will cherish!

That is so sweet! I could just eat Riley up, he is so darn cute:) Ok a real question and I really want to know the answer how do you always look so great? I have one 9 month old anmd a husband that works from home.....and still sometimes dont make it to the shower??

OMG that pic is adorable of you two! Whenever I have another baby I really just want another girl...but for some reason after reading your post I just became open to the possibility of a boy. It is small, but open:) lol I would love any child God gave me, I just so love girls:)
