No more excuses!!

Have any of you seen this? I just stumbled upon it myself a few weeks ago. I'm not sure what kind of cable you have to have in order to get this station. We have the step above basic cable with a DVR .

Anyway, I am trying very hard to loose the last of these post pregnancy pounds. The weight seemed to come off a lot faster with my first two pregnancies, but this time around the weight seems to be a little more stubborn!

I don't have much time to workout like I used too! Before Sophie and Hudson, I was running everyday. I would meet up with several ladies in my neighborhood at 5:30am and run about 3-4 miles! It was GREAT!!! I loved the accountability and it was great working out with friends!
Now a days, I am still up at 5:00 or 5:30, but it is for feedings not exercise!

Exercise TV has truly been my life saver! You can choose from over 200 workouts! They have everything imaginable from yoga to cardio to strengh training! You name it, you can find it!!
You can choose a workout according to how much time you have too.

Jillian Michaels from the biggest loser is my favorite!! Her workouts are AWESOME!!! She doesn't mess around and she means business!!!
Oh and did I mention that this is FREE!!! Yup, if you have cable than this station is FREE
(For those of you in my area it's channel 864)!!!!

No more excuses!

Guess I should get off this computer and go work out!

YES! Yeah for On Demand! We have On Demand and it has exercise shows. I can walk, run, do yoga, etc., right in my own living room!

You just reminded me that I need to start watching again... :)
