Dresses and Bows

Girl clothes are so much FUN!!! I'm LOVIN' having a little girl to dress each day. I love to pick out her outfit and, of course, she has to have a coordinating hair bow to match! I truly believe God knew my love of girly things and blessed me a daughter with blond beautiful hair just so I could enjoy putting hair bows in it!!!!!

Silly Riley playing in Sophie's hair bows!!!

My mom got her this beautiful, pink, smocked dress. She wore it for the first time to church yesterday. I just LOVE smocked dresses!!! I think they are so darling and sweet!!
Doesn't she look precious?!?!?

Considering that we had not ONE article of clothing when we got the call that Sophie had been born, she has now acquired quite the wardrobe!!! I scored big time last Saturday when my neighbor, who works for Carters, had a HUGE sample sale at her home! Everything was just $5.00! She didn't have a lot of newborn items, but I bought a ton of clothes for spring and summer. I hope they are the right size. It's hard to tell exactly what size she will be in because she was so tiny when she was born! I hope I guessed right!

My precious Sophie!!!!

I haven't had a chance to leave you a comment and congratulate you!! I am so happy for you and your family, that God answered your prayers by sending the simply adorable Sophie to you! She is so precious in the girly outfits and bows!

She is beautiful, and I agree 100% with you on the clothes! I must say it is an addiction of mine. Clothes and Bows :) Just a little tip, when you put her bow in her hair, flip it around so the pinchy thing is in the back. Then you wont see the metal from the front :) It took me a couple of months to figure that out. Then when you look at her in pictures you wont see the metal end, just the pretty bow! Enjoy her, she is gorgeous!

I'm glad to see you are doing good and Sophie too. Isn't it the best having a little girl. Boys are awesome too but the clothes part is SO fun. How's your sleeping going? Hope you're getting enough rest. It's nice not having to recover from the delivery though don't you think. Especially since my second was a c-section, I couldn't believe how much easier it was on me when I had to get up in the night with Sophia. Take Care.
