So some of you have commented about the t-shirts that I have been making my kids. They really are SO... easy and fun to do. I found a GREAT tutorial on
The Cozy Nest-- one of my favorite craft blogs. She explains each step on making these fun shirts. The designs are endless.
( I made my letters by finding a font on the computer that I liked. Then I enlarged it to the size that I wanted.)

(Just so you know...I hand stitch around my design instead of using my sewing machine. I can control the stitch better that way, and I like the look a little better too.
And speaking of
The Cozy Nest---She is hosting a great give away including
everything you need to make this adorable ribbon blanket and block.
- A Charm pack of Hushabye (used in project above) by Tula Pink!
- A Charm pack of Odyssea by MoMo. (Would work great for a little boy Ribbon Blanket and Block.)
- Not pictured but included in giveaway, batting for block and ribbon for block or blanket! So go check it out!
You are so creative!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat is wonder under? Also, are you just using a basic stitch? They look so cute for holiday shirts! I never like the halloween shirts I find in stores, so I'm thinking I may give this a try. Thanks for the tip!
ReplyDeleteVery cute! I love what you are doing with the shirts. I will have to check out The Cozy Nest. I pray everyone is staying well. Blessings!!!
ReplyDeleteSo, so, SO cute! I just may have to give them a try...one day! That give-away is adorable & we LOVE taggie blankets, but I better leave that to someone who can actually sew it together!!! LOL! That taggie block is adorable though!
ReplyDeleteI may need to head over to The Cozy Nest...I want to make t-shirts like that for my kids for our (hopeful) upcoming trip to Disney in two weeks.
ReplyDeleteI made one and it was super easy! I love them:)
ReplyDeleteThose are so cute! How do you come up with these things?!
ReplyDeleteAmazing...no hot glue??? Maybe Celia's version will include hot glue! :-)
ReplyDeleteAwww man, I was hoping you would say YOU were giving away one of Your tees! They are Great!
