Yes, our Sophie girl is four months old today!

Today, at her four month check up, she weighed in at a whopping 11 lbs. and 6 oz. and was about 23 inches long.
She still is such a peanut!
If you have met Sophie, then you know that she is a TRUE Mommy's girl. She is happiest and most content when she is in my arms! She cries and cries if anyone else tries to hold her.
(Thankfully- for the most part, she doesn't mind if Shane has her! We would really be in big trouble if that were the case!!!)
She is just doing GREAT-- growing and changing more and more every day!
I still have moments when I look at her and am totally amazed that she is here and she is OURS!!!!
God is so good!!!

I love reading your blog and watching your family grow! It really means alot to me to see just how much love you have for your little girl....I'm adopted so I guess it makes me realize how Good God really is!

ReplyDeleteI so want to adopt. You have inspired me and encouraged me in this desire I have had for a long time. I cannot get over how much Sophie looks like you guys. I'll bet people who don't know you just assume that she is one of yours. I can only imagine the comments that you will get when your little boy will be here. :)
